Cooks

Enjoy working in a fun environment cooking independently. Our menu is primarily fryer and flat-top items. With the right team in place, we can expand to weekday lunch hours. Currently our kitchen is open Sunday 11 am – midnight; Monday-Thursday 4 pm – midnight; Friday 4 pm – 1 am; Saturday 11 am – 1 am. Must be 18+ and comfortable working in a smoking environment.

Security

Making sure everyone who enters the doors feels welcome and comfortable is an important aspect of this role. Hours are 8 pm until close and then help clean up.

Responsibilities including ensuring all patrons are at least 21 years old, some bar back duties, and cleaning duties after closing.

Bartenders

What can we say? You know you are the face of the establishment and the reason customers even walk in the door. If you love to make drinks and get snarky with customers, you might be a good fit here.
